Andy joined Fluent in July 2021 as Vice President of Sales, subsequently advancing to the role of General Manager in September 2022. He has extensive leadership experience in the packaging sector with both Sealed Air Corporation and Graham Packaging. His most recent role prior to joining Fluent was as the Global Sales Director for the Food business unit at Graham Packaging, a major player in global rigid plastic blow-molding. Andy’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business from Ferris State University in Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys various outdoor activities such as running, biking, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

J.R. joined Voyant in May 2021 as General Manager, advancing to the role of Fluent’s Head of Hotel Operations in January 2022.  He possesses significant leadership expertise in multiple manufacturing environments with Pladis Global, DeMet’s Candy Company, and Harley Davidson.  His most recent role was Director of Operations for the U.S. under Pladis Global, in the snack and confectionary industry.  J.R. has a bachelor’s degree in business from Bloomsburg University of PA and an MBA from La Salle University in Pennsylvania.  When outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and attending concerts and other music events with his wife.   

Ray joined Fluent in 2010 and prior to his current position he held various sales and marketing leadership roles.  Prior to joining Fluent, he was President of United Sales & Marketing, focused on sales, marketing, and product development for the toy and sporting goods industries with significant experience in international sales and product sourcing.  Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Maine.  His personal interests support a wife and five active children with a wide range of activities such as golf, boating, fishing, and football. 

Dan joined Fluent in July 2021 as Director of Distributor Partnerships and was quickly promoted to Director of National Accounts in April 2022.   Dan has extensive experience in hospitality at American Hotel Register Company, where he spent 10 years as the Director of Business Develop of the Luxury Collection and as Sr. Product Manager of Amenities and Consumables.  Dan’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  In his free time, Dan enjoys coaching youth sports, staying active and movie nights with his family.

Rob joined Fluent in May of 2021 as the Director of Business Development and brings over 30 years of Hospitality experience. Rob started his career working for Walt Disney World, Hilton, and Westin in Operations. Most recently he spent 21 years with American Hotel Register in various commercial roles with his last position as Director of Outside Sales.  Rob has a wife and 3 children and outside of work his hobbies include traveling, attending sports events, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Shana joined Fluent in May 2021 as Customer Service Representative and was promoted to lead the Customer Service team as of November 2022.  She has an associate degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Community College.  Shana’s strong foundation in customer service, sales, and logistics significantly contributes to our ability to assist customers in various ways.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, concerts and spending time with her son, husband and dogs.
